Last Date for Placing Order
Latest update: Deadline for placing orders extended to 7th July 2010 11.30pm (Singapore time).
Payment Mode
1) 50% deposit on total price of order to be made when placing order.
2) Remaining 50% of the cost plus delivery charges within Singapore will be collected when items arrive in Singapore and are ready to be delivered. Payment to be made via interbank transfer to our POSB account. Items expected to arrive in Singapore by 31st July 2010.
How to Order
1) Email pebblesbabies@gmail.com and provide the following information:
a) Item code, size and quantity required
b) Your name, nickname (for Singapore Motherhood Forum members),
email address and contact number
c) Delivery address (optional at this point)
2) Once you receive email acknowledgement of your order from Pebbles Babies, please make payment to our POSB Savings Account: 188-53883-5. After making the payment, please email Pebbles Babies indicating your transaction reference, amount and delivery address.
3) Once your 50% deposit has been received, Pebbles Babies will send you a confirmation email which will serve as your proof of purchase. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of the 50% deposit by Pebbles Babies.
4) When items arrive in Singapore, Pebbles Babies will contact you to arrange for the remaining 50% payment and delivery charges to be made. Upon receiving the remainder of the payment from you, Pebbles Babies will arrange for the items to be mailed to the delivery address you have indicated.
Shipping
Shipping charges within Singapore are SGD$2 for regular mail and SGD$4 for registered mail per delivery address. Free delivery for orders above SGD$100 per shipment per delivery address. We are not able to bear responsibility for loss of items via normal mail, therefore registered mail is strongly encouraged.

Refunds/Exchange Policy
Please note that items ordered cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Deposits will only be refunded if items are out of stock. Pebbles Babies will do our utmost to check that items are free from defects before delivering to you. However, if items ordered are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and process a full refund on the amount you have paid.
