How to Order:
Simply drop us an email at pebblesbabies@gmail.com with the following information:
1) Items of choice and required quantity for each item
2) Your contact details (preferred email and contact number)
3) Delivery address and preferred mode of shipping (whether normal mail or registered mail)
We will get back to you on payment and shipping arrangements within 48 hours of receiving your email.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping within Singapore is at a flat rate of SGD$1.50 for normal mail and SGD$3.50 for registered mail per delivery address. We are not able to bear responsibility for items lost in the mail, therefore registered mail is strongly encouraged for traceability.
Shipping costs will be waived for orders that add up to SGD$100.00 and above per shipment per delivery address.
Payment Mode:
Payment will be via interbank OR ATM transfer to our POSB savings account 188-53883-5.
Delivery:
All items will be shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of full payment. Delivery lead time within Singapore will be between 1-3 days depending on the mode of delivery.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
Do note that we are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges for items purchased. However, we make best efforts to check as thoroughly as the original packaging allows, to ensure that all products sold here are without defects at the time of sale.
